Role Description The Digital Dentistry Solutions Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving the adoption and optimization of INDENT’s digital dentistry solutions across customer accounts. This role involves consulting with dental clinics, labs, and institutions to understand their clinical and operational workflows, recommending appropriate digital solutions, and supporting them through implementation and integration. The Digital Dentistry Solutions Manager will conduct product demonstrations, manage presales activities, and collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, prepare proposals, and close deals. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing solution deployment projects, coordinating with internal technical and product teams, monitoring customer satisfaction, and providing training and ongoing support to users. The role also requires regular analysis of customer feedback and market trends to refine solution offerings and contribute to product and business strategy.
Qualifications
- Strong Sales and Presales skills to identify opportunities, conduct product demos, prepare proposals, and support deal closure.
- Proficient Project Management abilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver digital dentistry implementations on time and within scope.
- Advanced Analytical Skills to assess customer workflows, evaluate solution performance, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Consulting capabilities to engage with stakeholders, understand clinical and business needs, and propose tailored digital dentistry solutions.
- Experience in digital dentistry, dental products, medical devices, or healthcare technology is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in dentistry, biomedical engineering, life sciences, business, or a related field; advanced qualifications are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, travel to customer locations as needed, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
